The newly-developed DB01 chassis features a 2-belt driven 4WD drivetrain that is completely covered to protect from dirt and debris, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. The suspension features the same geometry as the TRF501X and allows a wide range of settings options. Front and rear ball differentials help put the power to the ground effectively and High Density Spike Tire Ks at all four corners ensure superb grip.
【 2-Belt 4WD DB01 Chassis 】
The DB01's 4WD system features a centrally-located spur gear driving two belts. Both the spur gear and drive belts are protected by plastic covers that prevent dirt and debris from interfering with the drivetrain. Front and rear bulkheads are integrated with the chassis, simplifying construction and maintenance. To ensure the chassis can handle the stresses of off-road racing, it is made from fiberglass-reinforced nylon material for greater strength. Furthermore, the underside of the chassis is completely flat, enabling excellent skid characteristics.
